	Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by Baofang Carbon Materials Technology Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in complete equipment of the imported machining center and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。

2.	Delivery time and place：

	2)Delivery time：all equipment in the tendering shall be delivered to the site within * months after contract signing, and installation, debugging and putting into production shall be completed within 2 months.
