Engineering background: The Bayport Project in Haifa, Israel, is to be built into a container port, located on the southeast coast of the Mediterranean Sea, opposite the Greek port of Piraeus.

5. The certification materials (original) that meet the qualification requirements in this announcement shall be submitted to the designated address within the time period indicated in the tender announcement.
