5）*辊形曲线圆柱、凸度、锥度、组合曲线

6）工件材质合金锻钢，模具钢

7）工件硬度55～65HRC

8）* 全自动轧辊磨床加工精度（轧辊支承在支架上，不带轴承座）

可按各种曲线进行轧辊磨削，轧辊的锥度要求0～3%

母线直线度（圆柱）精度要求±1μm/m

园度精度要求±1μm

同轴度精度要求±1μm

轮廓度（辊形）要求±1μm

10)*磨床纯磨削时间≤15min（工作辊、一个磨削周期含测量）；

11)每根工作辊的粗糙度检查和表面波探伤累计时间小于8min；

12) LOADER的重复定位精度≤2mm。
