	略有限公司(以下称招标机构)受略(以下称买方)委托，就其RF4001生产线技改项目--略，邀请合略网上电子投标。
1.	招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：
	1)货物名称：冷弯成形生产线;
	2)数量：1套;
	3)主要技术参数：1）至少适用于厚度1.0～3.0mm，抗拉强度最大1500MPa高强度钢卷，厚度与抗拉强度的对略示（Rm为材料的抗拉强度）；适用于包括但不限于高强度激光焊管等产品大规模批量生产的要求； Rm = 1500 MPat ≤ 1.5 mm Rm = 1200 MPat ≤ 1.7 mm Rm = 800 MPat ≤ 3.0 mm2）设备能够生产的型材的极限外形尺寸为，型材:最大宽度 250mm;最大高度 100mm 圆管:最大直径 110mm 3)）略速度不低于20m/min。4)）原料料宽范围至少满足50~340mm。5) 略文件要求。;
	4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);
2.	交货地点和交货时间：
	1)交货地点：CIF X
	2)交货时间：合同签订后9个月内FOB
3.	*凡确认投标的投标人，务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在公示。

	略有限公司（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by null（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in RF4001 Precise Profiles Production Line Project--Cold Roll Forming Production machine and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。
1.	The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：
	1)The name：Cold Roll Forming Production machine;
	2)quantity：1 set;
	3)technical specifications：1）Suitable for high strength steel plate with thickness of 1.0 ~ 3.0mm, the correspondence relationship between max thickness and tensile strength are as follows(Rm means tensile strength); apply to but not limited to production of high strength precise laser welded tubes, and able to meet the requirements of development of precise open and closed sections; Rm = 1500 MPa t ≤ 1.5 mm Rm = 1200 MPa t ≤ 1.7 mm Rm = 800 MPa t ≤ 3.0 mm2）The limited dimension of profiles produced by the equipment，Profiles：Max 250mm；Max Height 100mmRound tubes：Max diameter 110mm 3）Maximum operating speed of the production line shall be not less than 20m / min;4）The whole production line raw material range shall be 50 ~ 340mm at least;5）others: please refer the tendering document.;
	4)fund sources of goods for tendering：Self-raised funds(Cash items);
2.	Delivery time and place：
	1)Delivery place：CIF Shanghai
	2)Delivery time：FOB delivery time: withins 9 months after the contract signing
3.	*The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website)，and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.
4.	Baohua E-bidding website http:/ *** )is a computer system on which the bidder can purchase bid and submit bid affter log in using its company authority.
5.	Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：

6.	Sales prices of the tendering document：tendering document in English and Chinese version (including electronic version). The Chinese version shall govern in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version.

	All tendering documents will be sold by bid package (or section).After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. No refund of the tendering document after sale.

	1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：1）The bidder should have provided 5 similar precision cold roll forming production line to International customers in the recent five years, including at least one line for high strength product and one line for profile.2）Due to the complexity and high technical requirement of this equipment, anyone who have interested in this project should contact with the tenderee and have technical meetings together before the bidding. The bidder must contact and finish the technical meetings with the tenderee ten days earlier than the bidding.
