	略有限公司(以下称招标机构)受略(以下称买方)委托，就其罐底再成型机（X制罐）略，邀请合略网上电子投标。
1.	招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：
	1)货物名称：罐底再成型机;
	2)数量：1套;
	3)主要技术参数：1）与招标方现有的BELVAC 595K系列缩颈翻边机能紧密拼装组合；2）技改完略翻边的设备系统能完成缩颈翻边工序并兼容202和206罐型的生产。3）略文件要求。;
	4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);
2.	交货地点和交货时间：
	1)交货地点：CIFX
	2)交货时间：合同生效后3个月内EXW
3.	*凡确认投标的投标人，务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在公示。

5.	购买招标文件时间：

	略有限公司（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by Foshan Baosteel Can-making Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Can Bottom Remolding Machine and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。
1.	The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：
	1)The name：Can Bottom Reforming Machine;
	2)Quantity：1 set;
	3)Technical specifications：1)It can be assembled and combined with the existing BELVAC 595K series necker/flanger.2)After completing the improving, the 14-station necking with 1 reforming system and 1-station flanging equipment system can carry out the necking and flanging process, and be compatible with production of 202 can size and 206 can size.3）Others: Please refer to the tendering docement;
	4)Fund sources of goods：Self-raised funds(Cash items);
2.	Delivery time and place：
	1)Delivery place：CIF Guangzhou
	2)Delivery time：within 3 months EXW after the contract coming into force
3.	*The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website)，and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.
4.	Baohua E-bidding website http:/ *** )could also provide the information about tendering project of our company (except invitation of tendering), interested bidders may login to view relevant information. After login, the bidder could purchase tendering document and bid online.
5.	Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：
	Time for purchasing Tendering Documents： ## ~ ## (9:00 -11:00, 13:00-16:00 each day, except for holidays).
6.	Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.
	Sales price is CNY 1000 or USD 125。
	All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.
7.	Deadline for bid submission and Bid Opening Time：

10.	*Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：
	1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：There are performance track record and rich experiences about supplying the similar equipment in recent 5 years (the reference list to be offered), and the successful experience in chinese two-piece steel can-making industry, and shall have been widely used in the world. Also the bidder shall provide the successful track record on supplying additional neckers for existing necker/flanger.
