	3)主要技术参数：---光学系统：帕邢龙格装置，光栅焦距750mm以上，全息或机刻凹面光栅；---波长范围：满足用户指定的分析元素及分析范围的要求；---通道容量：大于40个；---火花激发光源：固态数字光源，高能预火花技术，放电参数可调，计算机控制、最高激发频率大于等于1000Hz，使用没有辅助间隙的固态电路，免维护；---能略钢中酸溶铝，酸不溶铝，酸溶硼，酸不溶硼的分析；---具有低氮分析能力；---检测器：全部采用直径不小于20mm光电倍增管，光电倍增略调整；---略超低碳、硫、硼、钙、铌、钛等元素的准确分析，配备进口氩气净化装置，普氩经过该装置净化后，氩气纯度99.999％；---配备超低碳、氮分析通道，并配置最小化污染的激发台及高真空系统，以提高超低碳氮的分析能力；---激发台冷却系统;
	4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);
2.	交货地点和交货时间：
	1)交货地点：X港
	2)交货时间：CIF时间：合同签约后6个月

	略有限公司（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by （Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。
1.	The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：
	1)The name：Photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer;
	2)Quantity：1;
	3)Technical specifications： - * Optical system: Paschen-Runge mounting, the focal length of optical grating is above 750mm, holographic or machine-engraved concave grating;- * Wave length range: satisfying requirements for analytical element and analytical range appointed by the user;- * Channel capacity: larger than 40;- * Spark excitation light source: solid state digital source, high-energy pre-spark technology, adjustable discharge parameters, computer control, maximum excitation frequency more than or equal to 1000Hz, using solid state circuit without auxiliary gap and maintenance-free;- * Acid-soluble aluminum, acid-insoluble aluminum, acid-soluble boron and acid-insoluble boron in the steel can be accurately quantified;- * Ability of low nitrogen analysis;- Detector: photomultipliers with a diameter of no less than 20mm, of which the high voltage can be adjusted;- For accurate analysis on elements such as ultra-low carbon, sulfur, boron, calcium, niobium and titanium, imported argon gas purification plant is provided, after purification by which, the argon gas purity can be up to 99.999% and above;- * Equipped with ultra-low carbon and nitrogen analysis channels and trigger unit and high vacuum system minimizing contamination to improve the analytical capability of ultra-low carbon nitrogen;- * Trigger unit cooling system;;

2.	Delivery time and place：

	2)Delivery time：CIF time: 6 months after contract signing
3.	*The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website)，and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

5.	Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：

6.	Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.
	Sales price is CNY 1000 or USD 125。
	All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.

	1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification： *The bidder shall provide the equipment in the same model as those supplied to the major steel mills or universities in the country and having been used for more than two years (a copy of the contract is required). The bidder shall have the qualification of foreign exchange contract signing. The sole authorization of the manufacturer should be provided if the bidder is an agent. The tendering equipment shall meet the certification requirements of the ISO9000 quality system.
